Surya leads Ipsos MMA’s pharmaceutical and healthcare practice and is based out of the New York office. At Ipsos MMA he has played the lead role in shaping innovative analytic solutions enabling pharma companies to launch products effectively through optimal go-to-market strategies, understand the market dynamics and opportunities through market structure analysis, and improve sales and marketing effectiveness and efficiency through unified commercial measurement by combining top down commercial mix with bottoms-up HCP/patient level attribution.
Surya’s proven ability to develop creative and innovative solutions that materially improve marketing effectiveness have been extremely valuable to his client partners. His ability to work closely and collaboratively at each step in the process has resulted in long-term, sustainable adoption of the Ipsos MMA Unified Marketing Measurement capabilities and solution. Prior to re-joining MMA in 2022 where he had spent almost 6 years previously, Surya held roles of escalating responsibility at BD (a global medical technology company), Novartis and Merkle.
Surya is an Advisory Board Member at Seton Hall University and holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical from the Government College of Engineering in Karad.
