Small Budget, Big Results: Successful Consumer Engagement with Reduced Marketing Costs

In this session, we will discuss how the marketing team for a growing national telehealth company achieved high levels of consumer engagement in digital marketing campaigns for their virtual veterinary program while simultaneously reducing marketing costs. This presentation will explore how the marketing team found success through ease of access to high-end technology using mobile phones for video recordings. These in-house, self-shot videos that were used in social media and digital campaigns led to increased customer engagement and brand awareness of the company’s newly launched telehealth program while utilizing an essentially zero-dollar budget, allowing the company to re-allocate funds toward further enhancements of their innovative technology platform and other key business initiatives.
