Pierre Theodore is the Head of Patient Inclusion and Health Equity at Genentech and will discuss how Genentech has evolved addressing health disparities to become part of “business as usual” in the discovery development and commercialization of therapies to treat a range of diseases. Dr. Theodore will cover efforts at Roche Genentech to ensure diverse data sets are used to define drug targets, inclusive clinical research is advanced and how with marketed products, Genentech aims to improve access to care for populations of patients often overlooked in healthcare systems.
