In his role as Co-Founder and CEO at Arcade Therapeutics, he brings his passion for consumer engagement to mental health, combining groundbreaking neuroscience with the engaging power of gaming to develop novel software based treatments for pervasive mental health conditions. Arcade has created the first game-based treatment for anxiety called StarStarter Rx, which is currently pursuing FDA Clearance after having completed pilot trials. Pipeline products include games for the treatment of depression, alcohol addiction, and anxiety related to chronic health conditions.
Mr. Amin is also the Founding Partner at Teem Ventures, an innovation consultancy that helps corporate partners launch new products and incubates early stage ventures. Prior roles include Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at Mana Health, a platform for data-driven healthcare (acquired by Comcast Connected Health), Founder & CEO at HealthiNation, the first on-demand consumer health video network (acquired by GoodRx). He has held executive positions at entertainment tech companies such as Scientific-Atlanta, ReplayTV, and N2 Broadband, and was Global Managing Director for Mobility Ventures at Avis Budget Group, leading new venture investments and strategy for next generation transport services.
