Nikki brings over 13 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience through her various roles at healthcare media agencies and pharmaceutical companies. She worked at two large media agencies in her early career, Razorfish Health and CMI, growing her expertise with omnichannel media planning targeting both physicians and patients for many large pharmaceutical clients. During her 7 years in media, Nikki has worked on everything from product launches to blockbuster drugs within both large and niche health conditions. When life brought Nikki out to the west coast, she took a role as Associate Director, Digital Marketing at Exelixis and was responsible for all digital strategy and content development for an oncology launch. This included development on a non-personal promotions plan working closely with the same agency team she used to be a part of. In 2019, Nikki joined the Digital Customer Experience team at Genentech and has held various roles at the company since then. In her current role as Senior Marketing Manager for the Ophthalmology franchise, she is responsible for oversight of the patient marketing campaign, including the channel selection and measurement across digital, TV, and other offline channels.
