An accidental marketer, John originally came to the US to earn his PhD from the University Of Chicago in social sciences.
Since then he has spent over 20 years working at the intersection of data, technology, and psychology to drive positive behavior change in categories as diverse as Pharma, B2B, CPG, and Fintech, in markets as diverse as the Americas, Asia, and Europe, and in every channel from chat bots to the Super Bowl.
He currently leads strategic planning at Intouch Group where no challenge is too big to cure.
