As Chief Client Officer, Linda leads a national sales and client service team in helping brands impact patient-physician dialogue, drive patient engagement and create sustainable success for pharma, OTC and CPG clients. She brings over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, point-of-care expertise, client service leadership and business acumen to the role. As one of its first employees, Ruschau helped PatientPoint pioneer the concept of aperture marketing, developing products that continue to change patient behaviors and outcomes in exam rooms, waiting rooms and clinical areas.
After earning a degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati, Linda went to work for Procter & Gamble in their sales leadership program. A founder and former board member of the Point of Care Communication Council, Linda regularly shares her insights in industry journals and as a prominent speaker at industry events including the keynote emcee for DTC National, Women’s Leadership Conferences and Digital Health Coalition. She was named to the prestigious MM&M Hall of Femme in 2018 and was a recipient of the 2017 PM360 Sales MVP award.
