Steve Millerman is the President and Founder of Emcay, an advertising agency specializing in multicultural marketing for the pharmaceutical industry. Steve is the most recognized key opinion leader in the US within the pharmaceutical industry focusing on multicultural marketing. Steve was the 2014 PM360 marketer of the year, amongst clients and agencies, as the year’s game-changing player in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device marketing. Steve has had significant impact on the analytics methodologies used by the health care communications industry, transforming how today’s multicultural consumer is integrated in overall marketing strategies. Before Emcay, Steve was on the client side, managing $30 million to $5 billion brands, with his most recent client role being on the senior leadership team at Novartis Pharmaceuticals. In addition to brand assignments, he was also the executive marketing lead on Novartis’ Diversity and Inclusion Executive team.
Steve has worked on over 40 pharma Rx brands across therapeutic areas and a KOL track record that has been recognized internally and externally throughout the industry with a number business excellence awards including over 20 best multicultural campaigns including MM&M, DTC Perspectives, Fierce Pharma, PM 360, and Mosaic Award from American Advertising Federation.
Steve completed his pre-medical undergraduate program in Columbia University in New York.
