Yash Popuri is a principal at ZS, where he advises pharmaceutical companies on uncovering actionable insights into their customers and competitive landscape, with the goal of better decision making for robust patient outcomes and better business results. Yash’s experience spans all aspects of pharmaceutical marketing strategy, including segmentation, positioning, targeting and promotion. He is one of the company’s leaders in quantitative marketing research, and he has advised multiple clients on leveraging primary and secondary data sources to track the performance of drugs at all stages in their life cycle.
Prior to his current role, Yash worked as a consultant advising federal and state government agencies on the economic costs and benefits of planned infrastructure investments, and aiding them on go/no-go decisions. Yash holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Science in engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras in Chennai.
